Sceptre still lists conventional non-smart 4K TVs, such as the U435CV-UMRD and U515CV-UMRD, with a tuner and HDMI inputs but no app platform. Without a smart operating system there is no account, no viewing-data recognition and no ad banner: the TV shows what your own box or player sends it.
Sceptre also sells smart TVs, so check the exact model name before you buy, and stock of the non-smart models varies by retailer. Picture quality is budget-class. Pair it with a Kodi or CoreELEC box you control.
