Reolink’s wired PoE cameras, such as the RLC-811A, keep recording to a Reolink NVR without internet access, and Reolink’s desktop client works without a Reolink account. They speak RTSP and ONVIF, so Frigate or another recorder on your own hardware can take the stream.
Some features stop working offline, and the cameras will reach out to Reolink’s servers if you let them. Put them on a separate network with no internet access and turn off remote-access features you do not use.
