Sinopé’s TH1123ZB and TH1124ZB are Zigbee thermostats for electric baseboard heaters. Zigbee2MQTT supports them without Sinopé’s bridge or gateway, so Home Assistant can run your heating schedule with no vendor app or account, and the controls on the wall still work on their own.
They are made for line-voltage electric heat, common in Canada, not for a furnace or heat pump. You need a Zigbee coordinator, and Sinopé’s own Neviweb app is a separate, account-based route you can skip.
