Reolink’s PoE doorbell takes power and data over one network cable, and Reolink lists it as supporting RTSP and ONVIF on its own, with no hub. Frigate, Home Assistant or a Reolink NVR can record it on hardware you own instead of a subscription cloud.
You need an Ethernet cable to the front door, which is a real installation job in many homes. Keep it on a network without internet access and switch off remote-access features you do not need.
