PrivaZer is a free Windows cleaner aimed at traces other tools skip: thumbnail caches, jump lists, USB history, old restore points. The author is a French developer. The program is closed source. You cannot read what the deep scan is doing.
That is the catch. A closed cleaner with permission to walk the whole disk is a large amount of trust. Download it from the developer’s site, and do not let it delete system restore points until you have another backup. It can reduce what a later user of the same PC stumbles on. It does not defeat a forensic lab, and it does not encrypt anything.

PrivaZer’s deep clean can remove restore points you needed. Make a backup or a system image first if the PC is your only machine. Run it as a one-time hygiene pass when you sell a computer, after you have already encrypted or wiped the user folder a simpler way. Because the code is closed, you do not get to see the list of techniques. That is acceptable for a garage sale PC and a bad fit for a machine that handles other people’s secrets.
